• You are not writing to a friend or family member. Avoid writing in a conversational tone.

• Use the outline that I have provided and write a cohesive paper that illustrates your experience (do not submit an outline).
• All 8 sections must be included. The Appendix is optional. Remember to use Section Headings.
• You do not need to include an abstract.
